VTX Series subwoofers include ground-stack and hangable models, available with 15-inch or 18-inch drivers in single or dual subwoofer configurations, as well as omnidirectional and cardioid capabilities. Simple and fast installation, a wide selection of accessories, and streamlined software support make VTX subwoofers an excellent choice for delivering truly superior low-frequency performance for a variety of rental and installed applications. There are two models of VTX 18-inch series subwoofers: VTX18S and VTX18PD. VTX18PD is based on VTX18S with built-in dual-channel digital power amplifier and DSP audio control. This design is to additionally drive the passive low frequency VTX18S into an active dual low frequency combination. Or combine it with the passive full-range VTX10/VTX12 to expand it into an active live sound system. The VTX18PD features the same width and suspension hardware as the VTX10/VTX12 and VTX18S, allowing the four products to be used together in a variety of flight or ground stacking configurations. Together with the VTX10/VTX12 and VTX18S, the VTX18PD packs the next generation of VTX sound quality and performance into a compact form factor, whether supporting small to medium-sized applications or complementing large VTX systems.
